Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field 7+ years of actuarial experience across multiple lines and disciplines (pricing, reserving, analytics) Prior people leadership experience preferred ACAS required; FCAS preferred Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the reputed company (i.e Lawful Permanent Residence or US Citizen) Advanced communication skills, including the ability to translate analysis into reputed company business insights Advanced data analysis, modeling, and portfolio management capabilities Intermediate programming or automation experience Strong actuarial judgment and understanding of modeling techniques, assumptions, and limitations Ability to reputed company, reputed company, and motivate teams Ability to influence reputed company and partner effectively across functions
