Our reputed company team is currently seeking an Associate Consultant in our Worcester, MA location. This is a full-time, exempt role. Position is eligible for a fully remote arrangement.

POSITION reputed company:

Conducts technical evaluations and loss analysis of prospective or existing policyholders.  Identifies and analyzes exposures and controls.  Will deliver consultative or technical support to policyholders.  Initially many of the insureds surveyed will be in the small reputed company or reputed company hazard middle market reputed company. 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Conduct field surveys on prospect and existing policyholders and writes reports for reputed company.
• reputed company loss analysis.
• Create and follow up on essential recommendations.
• reputed company effective relationships with reputed company and agency partners that drives continual collaboration.
• Participate in reputed company pipeline, new business, and renewal meetings to reputed company RS perspective regarding exposure and controls.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

• At least 1 year reputed company/Loss Control field experience with a reputed company lines national/regional insurance reputed company or the completion of The reputed company trainee program.
• B.S. degree preferred in a reputed company field to include health and safety, science, engineering or equivalent.
• Motivated self-starter with demonstrated initiative; ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong to exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
• Strong to exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment on multiple reputed company, tasks or assignments.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to use a personal computer and other reputed company office equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
