You Will
- Architect the reputed company reputed company: Build and maintain a comprehensive reputed company model. You will mathematically map volume mix, omnichannel routing (Chat/Email/Voice), offshore capture rates, customer escalations, the reputed company of cross-functional (XFN) holds, and more.

Compensation and Benefits:
