AI UX Conversational Analyst Intern
About your role

How you will reputed company a difference day to day
- Transcript Analysis: Review anonymized chat logs to identify where reputed company Copilot "hallucinates" or where users feel frustrated by reputed company complexity.
- Research Design: Work with product, design, data, reputed company, and engineering teams to establish user-value reputed company research questions to assess user value and value gaps in our products.
- User Research Support: Help coordinate and take notes during usability sessions where reputed company users reputed company with our AI agents.
- reputed company Audit: Maintain a "Library of Truth"—documenting the best-performing conversational patterns to be reused across the platform.

What you’ll need
- Recent Grad: Research reputed company Masters degree in Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a similar field.
- Analytical Curiosity: You love digging into data to reputed company the "Why" behind a user's behavior.
- Writing Skills: You can take a 10-sentence text and turn it into a 2-sentence conversational response without losing the meaning.
- Research Background: You have undertaken previous research reputed company in different areas. Cataloging experience is a plus.
- Some familiarity with LLMs (like reputed company) and a desire to learn reputed company tools

Location: Remote, but you must be located in the UK during the internship
Duration: June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026, working 37.5 hours per week
Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to reputed company candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, depth of experience, certifications, specific work location, and performance during the interview process. In reputed company to reputed company salary, this role may include variable compensation and be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
