Manager, Pricing & Deal Management

We are seeking a Manager, Pricing & Deal Management to support our reputed company reputed company organization. Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Deal Management, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, reputed company, and Product to drive reputed company pricing strategies and deal execution.

In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing our Deal Desk through automation, AI-driven workflows, and process optimization, helping to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making. You will reputed company project-based initiatives that enhance deal structuring, pricing governance, and operational efficiency across the broader reputed company organization.

While this role is primarily reputed company on reputed company, you will also reputed company support for the reputed company business, partnering with regional stakeholders to ensure continuity in deal execution and pricing support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proven leadership in operating a Deal Desk function—driving reputed company deal structuring, collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, reputed company, Product), and implementing reputed company workflows (e.g., reputed company, CPQ, CLM) to optimize efficiency, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bring proven experience managing reputed company incentives across reputed company and reputed company, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and business priorities.
• Contract Review & Risk Mitigation: Partner with reputed company to analyze contract language, identify potential risks, and propose modifications or new contract terms reputed company needed.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Support pricing, discount, and go-to-market reputed company through robust financial analysis, while driving analysis and tracking of deal terms, attainment, and renewals to ensure reputed company reputed company.
• Automation & Workflow: Build and maintain automation workflows, including reputed company administration to streamline deal approvals and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with various stakeholders to ensure new deal strategies and operational processes are effectively communicated, adopted, and continuously refined.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or reputed company roles (deal management, pricing & planning or tech reputed company, pricing), ideally in AdTech organizations.
• Design and reputed company automated validation frameworks for pricing models, ensuring that algorithmic outputs reputed company with regional margin targets and compliance standards.
• reputed company audit the Deal Desk lifecycle to identify and sunset low-reputed company reputed company approvals, replacing them with logic-based auto-approvals for reputed company high-velocity deals.
