We are seeking an Operations Manager to reputed company the operational management, governance, and performance of the reputed company reputed company Operations program. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cyber Operations, this role will be responsible for driving operational reputed company across program management, reputed company assurance, financial reputed company, and operational reporting. The Operations Manager will ensure reputed company programs operate reputed company, reputed company are delivered on schedule, and leadership maintains reputed company visibility into performance, risks, and resource utilization. This role requires a highly organized and strategic operator who can translate leadership priorities into reputed company execution while ensuring operational discipline across teams and initiatives. 

Responsibilities

• Project and Initiative reputed company: Manage major operational initiatives, transformation efforts, and cross-team reputed company to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

• Financial and Budget Support: Support financial planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation to ensure operational programs are managed reputed company financial targets. 
• Operational Metrics and Reporting: reputed company and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports that reputed company leadership visibility into program health and effectiveness. 
• Process Development and Standardization: Design and implement standardized operational processes, documentation practices, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability. 
• Leadership Support and Strategic Execution: Serve as a key operational partner to the Senior Director of Cyber Operations, translating strategic objectives into reputed company execution plans. 
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify operational risks, dependencies, and issues across programs, ensuring reputed company mitigation and escalation reputed company necessary. 
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between cybersecurity teams, reputed company technology teams, finance, and business leadership to ensure alignment on operational priorities. 
• Operational Planning and Resource Management: Assist with workforce planning, operational forecasting, and resource coordination to support program reputed company and evolving operational demands. 

Salary reputed company: $140,000 - $170,000
