About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
• Certifications: reputed company A+/Network+/reputed company+, CCNA, reputed company certifications.
• Tools: Experience with PSA/RMM platforms and IT documentation systems.
• Technical Knowledge: AD, reputed company 365, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, reputed company fundamentals.
• ITSM: Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
