This position is part of the technical service department and will be remote.

In this role, you will have reputed company to:

• Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment

• Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive reputed company, inspection reputed company, spare parts (spare parts) sales, etc.

• Collaboration as reputed company with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (reputed company forecast/contract reputed company/reputed company issues)

• Deliver mid to large reputed company installation reputed company as project manager by collaborating with other departments

• Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification

• customer support by remote, reputed company field engineers to customer site.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• reputed company to Degree level or equivalent. Major in Biology, Bio-reputed company, Mechanical Engineering,  Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Genetic Engineering, or reputed company. 専修学校、工業高等専門学校、大学、大学院 ・専攻：理科（生物学、機械工学、化学等）

• Min of 3 years of experience in field service or reputed company engineering department.

• English conversational level. 英語力（読み・書き）
