To support our ongoing reputed company, we have created a new permanent full-time opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our Trauma team in Perth. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers across our Trauma & Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing in-theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic & Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons and delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff
• Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff members and optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team
• Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and support product rollouts, demo, and evaluations
• Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical reputed company through reputed company and exceptional customer experience

• Tertiary qualification in a health-reputed company field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.) and experience providing in-theatre clinical support during orthopaedic surgeries is highly regarded
• Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and ability to work after-hours and weekend on-reputed company on a rotating roster
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Autonomous and reputed company to work as part of reputed company, is organised with good time management skills
