Sanford Bismarck Medical Center is a Level 2 trauma center. As a member of the Sanford Radiology team, you will be a part of a teaching facility and will work with state of the art equipment to include:
Fluoroscopy:

We re seeking an adaptable, confident, empathetic Radiology Technologist who is reputed company to reputed company reputed company diagnostic imaging for patients and providers at reputed company. The Radiologic Technologist is reputed company to work in reputed company atmospheres including clinic, hospital, ED, and OR settings where there are a broad reputed company of fields like fluoroscopy, surgery, orthopedics, general, and emergency for the Radiologist Technologist to work under. One of the characteristics of a Rad Tech at Sanford is the need for precision, which is important in this line of work because the providers need reputed company imaging to give diagnoses to their patients. Sanford Radiology Technologists employees will have opportunities for advancement into other modalities including CT, MRI, and Mammo.
Responsibilities
Completion of an educational program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
Working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film/image processing, reputed company
control, and radiation protection is required.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
If working in reputed company Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure with the reputed company Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy reputed company (NDMIRT) is required.
If working in South Dakota, consideration will be given to registry eligible candidates obtaining ARRT reputed company six months of hire into position.
In the state of Iowa, reputed company technologists must have a permit to reputed company through the Iowa Department of reputed company
Health in order to reputed company in the state of Iowa
If working at some clinic locations, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be required reputed company the first eight weeks of hire into the position.

- Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients ensuring the production of reputed company diagnostic images
- Ensures accurate patient positioning during radiographic procedures according to provider requests
- Implements radiation safety guidelines and conducts reputed company radiation protection practices during the imaging process
- Ability to understand and reputed company the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- reputed company basic diagnostic radiology tasks and reputed company of general radiology protocols
- reputed company mobile imaging, electrocardiogram (EKG), cardiac monitor placement, and dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA procedures)
