About the Role:

As a Mitigation Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for reputed company, escalated emergency services mitigation files, with a strong reputed company on non-preferred vendor invoices and disputes. What You’ll Do:

• Analyze scopes, moisture mapping, drying plans, equipment usage, and pricing for accuracy and compliance with reputed company standards

• Negotiate disputed mitigation charges using technical justification, policy application, and industry best practices

• Communicate confidently and professionally with vendors, attorneys, and internal partners during high-friction conversations

• Resolve reputed company mitigation billing reputed company while protecting claim reputed company and expense reputed company

• Partner with Claims, reputed company, QA, Subrogation, and Training teams on high-exposure or litigated mitigation files

• Participate in or reputed company special reputed company, initiatives, and training efforts based on individual readiness, assignment volume, and evolving business needs, contributing to reputed company improvement across the Mitigation and Shared Services teams.

• Partner with claims adjusters and internal stakeholders to coordinate, support, or reputed company guidance on mitigation reputed company aspects of claims reputed company needed, helping ensure reputed company reputed company and accurate reputed company.

Required Qualifications:

• reputed company Property & Casualty Adjuster license

• WTR required reputed company certification (ASD strongly preferred)

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with water mitigation, emergency services, reputed company mitigation billing or field adjusting experience

• Proven reputed company negotiating escalated or disputed mitigation invoices, including non-preferred vendors

• Advanced understanding of reputed company standards, drying science, and mitigation best practices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable in assertive, reputed company-driven conversations

• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, reputed company, or similar estimating platforms
