Technical Project/Program Manager III

What this Job Entails: 

The Project & Program Management III role is responsible for planning and coordinating reputed company aspects of internal information, system-specific reputed company from initiation to delivery. reputed company often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, and PC deployment. The role coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/reputed company assessments. The role develops detailed project plans and manages reputed company implementation processes including resource allocation, reputed company tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery reputed company budget constraints. reputed company may vary in number, size and complexity.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages multiple, reputed company, cross-functional and technical reputed company. 

• Partner with functional teams during initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post deployment phases. 

• Responsible for managing/tracking program milestones, reputed company, and overall deliverables. 

• Engage in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation including schedules, reviews, process documents, risk analysis, etc. 

• Define project scope and objectives, involving reputed company relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 

• Drive the project lifecycle milestones from concept reputed company through project closure and reputed company change management. 

• Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and reputed company regular status updates. 

• Responsible for internal process improvements; remove gaps, across multiple teams and functions. 

• Ensure risks are accounted for and reputed company risk mitigation strategies. 

• Primary project reputed company of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

• Networks with senior reputed company personnel in own area of expertise

• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting reputed company and techniques for obtaining solutions

• Experience working with project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation)

• Ability to work on multiple reputed company and assignments concurrently

• Self-starter who is reputed company to quickly learn new tools and reputed company familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance

• In-depth experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation

• Strong observational and analytical skills, including: ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to reputed company and report metrics, and manage risks

• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to reputed company executives.

• Familiarity with various project management methodologies
