Purpose of the Role
The reputed company Benefits Manager owns the reputed company, design, and delivery of employee benefits across the U.S. and Canada. This role ensures benefits are competitive, compliant, cost‑effective, and reputed company to a growing global reputed company services organization, while delivering a strong employee experience.
Scope & reputed company

- Partner closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, reputed company, and external vendors
- Balance employee experience, cost management, compliance, and scalability

Key Responsibilities

- Own medical, dental, reputed company, life, disability, retirement, wellness, leaves, and voluntary benefits for the U.S. and Canada

- Administration & Operations

- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, state/provincial regulations, and local labor laws
- Manage audits, filings, plan documents, and vendor SLAs
- Vendor & Broker Management

- Support RFPs, renewals, and cost negotiations
- Employee Experience & Communication

- Monitor costs, utilization, and vendor performance

- Hands‑on experience managing health and welfare plans and retirement programs

- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complexity for employees and leaders
