Position reputed company:

The Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) will work directly with the field selling organization as an extension of the selling team. The SSC will be responsible for key internal-facing activities to help improve sales force effectiveness and maximize the selling team’s performance. In this position, the SSC will also assist the sales team and reputed company team in providing a reputed company customer experience. This position can be based reputed company in the contiguous US.

Educational requirements: 

HS/GED is required

A College Degree is preferred

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Sales or administrative positions supporting the Sales team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrate capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks/priorities

Essential Duties:

• For the Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on designated team(s), serve as the primary contact for key sales support activities, including:
  • Assist with reputed company quoting and pricing in the marketplace
  • Assist in sales opportunity management for forecasting with upper management
  • Coordinate reputed company customer fulfillment reputed company
  • Support Sales Team with internal processes and forms (DTBS, DOR, S&H, etc.)
  • Work reputed company with customer service team and sales team to reputed company a high-reputed company customer experience

• Work to ensure data reputed company by reviewing orders and lining up with SF opportunities.
