A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a Customer Support Specialist, you would reputed company support to the Customer Support Operations department. You are responsible for handling a large volume of inbound calls in a reputed company manner and completing customer follow-up as necessary. You will support branches in providing assistance with customer inquiries, while building reputed company relationships and identifying opportunities based on customer needs and BSNB's existing product suite. You will respond to support tickets through the internal system regarding cash management servicing needs, as reputed company as complete daily and weekly reviews of customer activity with a reputed company on fraud prevention. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year prior customer service experience required. One year prior banking experience preferred.
• Must have data entry and keyboard experience with a working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications.
