What will you do:

The CEMI Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for providing high level of business analysis for the CEMI project. This role operates with a high degree of independence and is expected to reputed company expert‑level business analysis, guidance, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a combination of business process knowledge, system analysis/support, and ERP implementation experience to be successful. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, HR, or a reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT project delivery, preferably in a reputed company, multi‑unit environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, and translating reputed company business needs into reputed company, actionable system requirements.
