Remote Pharmacist

This is a remote position.

• Maintain precise and accurate records of patient pharmaceutical care, medication therapy reviews, and provider schedules.
  
• Guide patients through the telepsychiatry process, assisting them with platform technologies and addressing concerns about remote clinical consultations.
  
• Collaborate directly with patients to identify unique therapeutic needs and reputed company personalized medication care plans that reputed company with their specific goals and preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Psychology, Nursing, reputed company Administration, or a closely reputed company clinical field.
