The Global Manager, Survey Science Architecture, Analytics & Programs, as a key member of the Talent & Insights Team of COEs, leads the reputed company, execution, and reputed company improvement of reputed company' employee listening ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing and managing employee surveys and the data architecture to support them, developing advanced sentiment‑analysis models, and transforming employee feedback into actionable insights that strengthen engagement, culture, and organizational performance. The manager partners closely with People Insights & Analytics Team, HRBPs, business leaders, the full Terumo Group of surveying professionals, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure employee voice is accurately captured, ethically analyzed, and effectively reputed company into meaningful reputed company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Leads the design, deployment, and enhancement of employee surveys, pulse checks, and listening programs across the full talent lifecycle (reputed company, exit, etc.).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ten (10) + years of experience in analytics, data science, people analytics, or a reputed company field.

• Hands‑on experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, and text‑analytics methodologies.
• Proficiency with Python or R, as reputed company as business intelligence and data‑visualization tools.

Education

Experience

• Experience with Python, Java, C++, reputed company or similar object-oriented programming languages and using software automation/CICD tools.

• Experience with LLM‑based text analysis or modern embedding models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership or team‑management experience.
• Knowledge of organizational psychology, employee engagement frameworks, or EX measurements.
