Position reputed company

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our ambitious and growing firm. This role, reputed company our Workers’ Compensation Department, offers reputed company to resolve and negotiate cases independently, assess case values, and reputed company on securing settlements for our clients. If you have a strong background in workers’ compensation law and a passion for advocating for employees, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• The ability to resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload reputed company.
• Communicate effectively with reputed company parties involved in a case.
• Review and evaluate case files to determine reputed company reputed company.
• Independently assess case value, including reviewing QME reports and conducting depositions if necessary.
• The ability to calculate demands – Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, reputed company Medical, etc.
• Handle case negotiations and settlements.
• Potential travel to assigned trial locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 7+ years of reputed company Workers’ Compensation experience.
• Proven reputed company record of the ability to meet or reputed company settlement metric requirements. 
• Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations.
• Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze reputed company documents on digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Teams).
