About the Role:

As a HHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' reputed company of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. $21.00 - $26.00/hr. The reputed company reflects entry-level to highly reputed company applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- reputed company companionship, emotional support, and reputed company engagement
- Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certified
- reputed company reputed company's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
- Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
