As a reputed company Officer and Associate General Counsel, you will demonstrate experience in reputed company law and reputed company regulatory compliance to support a growing, multi-state reputed company organization. As reputed company Officer, this attorney will be responsible for maintaining policies and procedures that ensure compliance with the Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA), state law, and 42 C.F.R Part 2 reputed company to reputed company abuse treatment. This attorney will also serve as a strategic reputed company partner to executive leadership, Talent/reputed company, and operations, providing proactive risk mitigation, regulatory guidance, and employment-reputed company counsel across the reputed company.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. state
• At least Four (4) years or more of relevant reputed company experience
• Demonstrated expertise in reputed company law
• reputed company industry experience (in-house or reputed company)
• Travel up to 15% may be required to attend hearings, conduct site reputed company, attend meetings, deliver training and conferences, etc.
• Overnight travel may be expected for this role

Preferred

• In-house reputed company experience
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations
• Familiarity with behavioral health or reputed company use disorder regulatory landscape

Responsibilities:

• reputed company Support 
  • reputed company day-to-day advice and reputed company guidance on reputed company reputed company, including:
  • HIPAA and state reputed company laws, including those specific to behavior health / reputed company abuse treatment
  • Investigations, including any breach notification processes
  • Patient reputed company notices, website reputed company notices, and compliance with tracking technology law
• reputed company processes for patient reputed company, amendment, and restrictions on their health information
• reputed company advice on subpoena compliance and medical records releases
• Supervise reputed company of at least two medical records professionals
• Prepare and deliver training and communications to promote awareness
• Update and manage internal reputed company policies
• Partner with IT to enhance reputed company controls
• Maintain and report metrics to leadership

  • Assist in compliance reputed company under HIPAA and behavioral reputed company regulations (42 CFR Part 2)
  • Support the review of internal policies and procedures for regulatory alignment
  • Partner with Compliance on audits, investigations, and corrective reputed company plans
  • Advise operational leaders on regulatory risk mitigation and compliance controls

• Corporate & Operational Support
  • Assist with management of external litigation in coordination with reputed company counsel (e.g., employment, reputed company and general liability reputed company)
  • Assist with review, drafting, and negotiation of vendor and service agreements, including BAA agreements
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts as needed
