We are seeking a strategic reputed company and compliance leader to join reputed company as Associate General Counsel & Senior Director of Compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with management of external litigation in coordination with reputed company counsel (e.g., employment, reputed company and general liability reputed company)
  • reputed company reputed company guidance on various contract reputed company such as leases, NDA’s, vendor and payor agreements, and physician arrangements
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including the False Claims reputed company and the Anti-Kickback Statute
  • Prepare and deliver training and communications to promote awareness of compliance and reputed company issues
  • Maintain and report metrics to leadership

  • reputed company internal investigations and hotline management
  • Update and manage internal compliance policies
  • Support the review of internal policies and procedures for regulatory alignment
  • Partner with others on audits, investigations, and corrective reputed company plans
  • Assist with monitoring licensing and compliance requirements across states
  • Advise operational leaders on regulatory risk mitigation and compliance controls

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• reputed company U.S. Bar License
• 4+ years of relevant reputed company experience
• Strong experience in compliance program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-state or multi-site reputed company organizations
• Familiarity with behavioral health / reputed company use disorder regulations
• Prior in-house or regulatory experience
