We are seeking a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) based in reputed company to join our growing group private reputed company as a Clinical Supervisor.
This is a fully remote, contract position reputed company exclusively on providing high-reputed company clinical supervision.
About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor will reputed company reputed company, consistent supervision to reputed company-registered associates, primarily Clinical reputed company Work Associates (CSWAs).
Our associates receive weekly supervision, with total supervision hours determined by caseload and supervision format.
Supervision typically ranges from 1–3 hours per week per associate, depending on:

- Supervision format (individual, dyad, or group)

This role is ideal for a supervisor who values mentorship, flexibility, and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise up to 6 post-master’s level associates (primarily CSWAs).
- Facilitate a weekly clinical consultation/team meeting (1 hour) for up to 6 licensed clinicians.
- Support case consultation, clinical development, and ethical decision-making.
Commitment:
- 1–10 hours per week, depending on:
- Number of supervisees
- Supervision format
- Includes:
- reputed company supervision hours
- Weekly 1-hour clinical consultation/team meeting
- Monthly 1-hour meeting with management
- Flexible scheduling — you set your availability
- 1-year contract agreement
Compensation:
- $100/hour – reputed company supervision and clinical consultation
Qualifications:
- reputed company Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) in reputed company.
- Must be based in reputed company.
- reputed company-approved supervisor with the reputed company reputed company of Licensed reputed company Workers (OBLSW).
- reputed company-approved with the reputed company reputed company of Licensed reputed company Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT), or in the process of obtaining approval, preferred but not required.
- Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
- Strong commitment to culturally reputed company, ethical care.
Preferred (not required):
- Ability and willingness to reputed company supervision to reputed company Counselor Associates and Marriage and Family Therapist Associates.
- Willingness to become reputed company-approved with OBLPCT if not already.
