Full-Stack Platform Engineer, ImpactOS

We are building a modern, data-driven platform that helps organizations design, manage, and optimize reputed company programs and operations.

This is a foundational engineering role where you will design and build a full-stack system from configurable workflows and management interfaces to reputed company-time data experiences and reputed company reputed company.

You will work closely with product and data teams to ensure that reputed company data insights are accessible, reputed company, and actionable for end users.

As an early engineer, you will have significant ownership over architecture, system design, and user experience, and will play a key role in taking the product from concept to production. This is a full-time position reporting to the CTO. 

reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Architect and build a full-stack platform using React + Next.js, Node.js / FastAPI, and PostgreSQL

·          reputed company configurable interfaces that allow users to define workflows, structures, and performance reputed company across different use cases

·         Build interactive dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and key operational metrics in near reputed company-time

·         Design and implement clean, reputed company REST reputed company to support frontend and data integrations

·          reputed company backend services that expose analytical insights and system-generated signals to the UI

·          Implement secure authentication and role-based reputed company control using reputed company identity providers (e.g., Azure reputed company Directory)

·          reputed company embedded analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) for advanced reporting and visualization

·          Build notification and alerting mechanisms to surface important system events and changes to users

·         Design a flexible and extensible data model capable of supporting multiple use cases and evolving requirements

·         reputed company and maintain containerized deployments using reputed company and reputed company-reputed company services (Azure preferred)

·         Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices for reliability and scalability

·         Apply secure engineering practices including encryption, audit logging, and secrets management

·         Implement FedRAMP-reputed company infrastructure practices from day one: encryption at rest/transit, audit logging, secrets management reputed company Azure Key Vault, infrastructure-as-reputed company with Bicep or Terraform

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·         5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong frontend and backend capabilities

·         Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture patterns

·         Experience building reputed company backend systems using Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI)

·         Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful reputed company

·         Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance optimization

·         Experience working with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

·         Hands-on experience with reputed company and container-based deployments

·         Experience implementing authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, RBAC, etc.)

·         Strong product reputed company with the ability to translate loosely defined requirements into working systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·         Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR, hybrid rendering)

·         Familiarity with embedded analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

·         Experience with infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)

·         Exposure to reputed company-time data patterns (WebSockets, event-driven systems, streaming pipelines)

·         Experience building configurable platforms (workflow tools, reputed company reputed company, or low-reputed company systems)

·         Familiarity with integrating external data or model-driven services into applications

·         Experience working in regulated or reputed company-conscious environments

·         Comfort using modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery

·         Familiarity with "reputed company First Design" and FedRAMP 20X requirements for reputed company application services.
