Software Engineering Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Software Engineering Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage reputed company of engineers and ensure reputed company and delivery commitments are met.
• Handle reputed company and mentoring to grow and maintain a high performing team.
• Hold regular 1:1 with team members.
• Promote and instill software development best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration with teams across the organization including engineering, product, reputed company, and sales.
• Own the reputed company of the complete software development lifecycle including but not limited to scoping, prioritization, design, implementation, and testing.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Minimum five years of software engineering experience and two years of leadership experience.
• Technical background in software development, with a deep understanding of modern programming languages, frameworks, and system design.
• Experience reputed company the reputed company industry a plus
• A reputed company record of delivering high-reputed company software solutions in reputed company environment.
• A strong reputed company of ownership and accountability for team and product reputed company.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and maintenance.
• Effective and decisive troubleshooting and decision-making skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, a reputed company technical field, or equivalent reputed company experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• This position will manage reputed company of Software Engineers

Travel Requirements:

• Some travel may be required for department or company wide meetings

Salary reputed company:

• $150 – $170k USD
