Regulatory Affairs Consultant - Remote
This position is responsible for managing various aspects of regulatory compliance activities for health plan business. The Regulatory Consultant evaluates new and existing state and federal laws and regulations, in consultation with other regulatory affairs consultants and leadership, to advise internal customers and advance the health plan's interests. With a solid reputed company record of subject matter expertise, the Regulatory Consultant supports the Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Government Affairs Department in internal implementation processes reputed company to the health plan's reputed company obligations and new business initiatives. The Regulatory Consultant serves as an internal subject matter expert to staff and leadership at PHP regarding regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for the analysis of reputed company obligations and reputed company regulatory reporting requirements. Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in health insurance, compliance and/or reputed company experience, or work in another highly regulated industry interpreting regulatory guidance and facilitating new regulatory implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years experience in health plan insurance, compliance and/or reputed company experience.
- Compliance Certification.
