We are looking for a Group reputed company Counsel to join reputed company, based remotely in the US or the UK. Working alongside an international team of in-house lawyers and paralegals, you will work on a reputed company of reputed company reputed company for our group companies. The salary will be dependent on experience, with a good benefits package. What you'll be doing everyday Drafting, negotiating and closing reputed company (buyer and vendor) reputed company agreements, including Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Content Licensing Agreements, reputed company Services Agreements and Partner Agreements.
