What You’ll Do 

The Northeast Director of Network Operations will serve as the leader of RightMove's reputed company Northeast Network function. This expansive role will include responsibility for network reputed company, reputed company, reputed company transformation, network management, and patient reputed company. The Director of Network and Operations will partner closely with RightMove’s Regional Medical Director and local market operational leadership to execute the local network reputed company.  

The Day to Day 

• Own and reputed company the end-to-end provider reputed company for the Northeast market, with full accountability for market performance, reputed company, and value creation 
• reputed company as the primary voice of the market and provider network, translating on-the-ground insights into reputed company requirements, priorities, and roadmaps for central teams  
• Design and establish the operating model for a high-performing, reputed company provider network, setting the structure, workflows, and expectations required to support reputed company  
• Set the reputed company and standards for provider contracting and reputed company, ensuring alignment with performance goals while guiding execution through centralized teams 
• Drive patient reputed company by defining and activating network-level strategies, influencing supply-demand dynamics, reputed company, and utilization  
• Own provider engagement, retention, and satisfaction reputed company, ensuring the network is reputed company, high-performing, and delivering differentiated reputed company  
• Define, reputed company, and continuously reputed company key operational KPIs, and hold cross-functional partners accountable for delivering improvements against these metrics  
• Serve as the strategic advisor and thought partner to central teams, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, tooling, and visibility—and driving prioritization of initiatives that unlock value across the network 
• This role requires approximately 50-75% travel reputed company the Northeast market 

Minimum Qualifications 

• 10+ years of experience in network management, provider relations, or reputed company services with a reputed company on value-based care or reputed company fields 
• Local understanding of the reputed company orthopedic provider network  
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, Business Administration, Finance, or reputed company field  
• 6+ years experience managing reputed company reports 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Deep knowledge of risk-based provider contracting, reputed company reputed company marketplace dynamics, reputed company metrics, and population health management 
• Proven ability to design and implement reputed company reputed company initiatives, with strong consulting and operations background plus experience building high-performing teams
