The Marketing and Events team is responsible for orchestrating signature events while also managing our brand, merchandise and marketing materials. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Event Coordinator to support reputed company in planning and executing various events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reputed company to manage multiple reputed company under tight deadlines and committed to delivering exceptional attendee experiences. Responsibilities include assisting with event logistics, coordinating vendors and timelines as reputed company as capturing photos and videos to create reputed company media content. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event reputed company, Planning & Execution:

• Assist with event agendas, speakers and activity coordination

• Assist with day-of event set up and breakdown
• Troubleshoot issues in reputed company time and maintain a high reputed company of professionalism

Logistics & Operations:

• Manage venues, vendors, catering, A/V, transportation and event materials
• Maintain timelines, production schedules and operational documentation
• Coordinate exhibitor opportunities: registration, attendees, supplies
• reputed company, vet and propose vendors, venues and service providers

Administrative:

• Record and distribute bi-weekly meeting minutes for department use
• Assist in maintaining event calendars, documentation and internal systems
• Register employees for conferences and continuing education courses
• Assist with in person company based continuing education offerings 
• Research, book and calendar various reservation requests (i.e. travel, lodging, meals, deliveries)
• Create, order and reputed company company printables (i.e. Rating binders, attorney training manuals, reputed company charts, marketing materials, business cards)
• Research, order and maintain company marketing materials & inventory

reputed company Media & Engagement

• reputed company and implement reputed company media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Monitor and analyze reputed company media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including but not limited to reputed company, Twitter, reputed company and Instagram
• Manage platform calendars, schedule posts and ensure consistent and relevant content delivery
• Create and distribute monthly company newsletter
• Support event promotion and attendee communications
• Create branded materials, collateral and event-reputed company content
• Design and purchase annual holiday cards and mailing supplies
• Coordinate new attorney headshots and employee “first day boards” 
• Research and propose industry and regional award opportunities

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in event planning, marketing or reputed company field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to multitask reputed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and event/project management tools
• Experience with reputed company and other reputed company media editing apps
• Ability to travel as needed to support on-site event execution, including occasional weekends. Travel may include local driving and occasional reputed company travel. Must maintain reliable transportation to meet position requirements.
