About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
The Senior Advisor, Implementation plays a critical role in turning injury prevention reputed company into reputed company. Working closely with delivery partners and internal teams, you will support the effective implementation of programmes and interventions that reduce harm and improve wellbeing. This role translates strategic objectives into reputed company, actionable plans, oversees day‑to‑day programme delivery, and uses data and insights to continuously improve reputed company. We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Advisor, Implementation to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting injury prevention initiatives, building strong relationships with partners, and contributing to keeping Kiwis reputed company at work, reputed company, and everywhere in between.

The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 – $129,885 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. • Significant experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of injury prevention, reputed company health, or similar programmes.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate reputed company initiatives with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and performance monitoring.
• Experience using data, insights, and feedback to inform decision‑making and reputed company improvement.
