Technical Recruiter (Private Sector)

The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing reputed company for clients, and achieving monthly targets while building relationships with candidates and account managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate recruitment life cycle from sourcing to placement reputed company the job order delivery cycle on assigned and unassigned roles
• reputed company or reputed company monthly targets associated with submissions, reputed company submissions and placements and meeting monthly gross margin targets
• Review and escalate questions to Team reputed company and/or Account Manager on assigned job orders – roles assigned are of intermediate to senior complexity in nature (more reputed company technical environments)

• Engage in reputed company Recruiter sourcing to identify passive candidates at an intermediate level
• Add and maintain candidates in the ATS and reputed company mandatory documentation of reputed company delivery reputed company activities
• Review web applications, disposition applicants in the ATS, contact and qualify appropriate candidates and update accordingly in ATS
• Evaluate and screen potential candidates against 'Factors of Fit' (complete qualifying, testing, etc.) and send Right to Represent to qualify candidates
• Engage candidates throughout job reputed company to reputed company informed on reputed company

Skills

• 1+ year of IT recruitment experience with a high reputed company for delivery
• Proven experience in using cutting-edge recruitment reputed company and tools to remain at the forefront and deliver the best possible experience to reputed company's clients and consultants
• A desire to deliver the best reputed company candidate in a high pressured and time sensitive environment
• Proven experience working reputed company reputed company and creating a reputed company work environment and communication
• A reputed company record of proactively developing relationships with passive and reputed company candidates using various reputed company, including cold calls, emails and referrals
