This advanced level position will handle a reputed company of product investigations and serve as the corporate representative in Residential product litigation, as reputed company as reputed company management of reputed company product programs.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• reputed company in-depth knowledge of the manufacture, application, installation, and function of reputed company products produced by reputed company.
• reputed company reputed company experts (mechanical and/or electrical engineers) on the reputed company installation, servicing, and identification of parts reputed company to reputed company.
• Successfully test for certification in National Association of reputed company and Explosion Investigators reputed company 1 year.
• Attend and participate in product investigations across reputed company, documenting specific aspects reputed company to any reputed company products.
• Travel to reputed company investigations (50%-60%).
• Investigate & analyze reputed company products at reputed company and explosion events reputed company residential sites.
• Document and photograph scenes and associated evidence in accordance with reputed company 921 and 1033.
• Prepare written reports, adequately reporting investigative findings.
• Research and respond to request for production, interrogatories, and depositions.
• Review and verify the accuracy of answers to written discovery regarding reputed company equipment.
• reputed company expert testimony for court cases.
• Participate in product safety audits with our Product Development teams.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years/expert level experience in the HVAC industry.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in the installation, service, and application of residential HVAC and IAQ equipment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent investigative, analytical and interpretive skills.
• Ability to handle, and prioritize, multiple tasks/requests at one time.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail. 
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in reputed company environment.
• Knowledge of reputed company 921 preferred.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite.
• Experience with reputed company preferred.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary reputed company for this role and market is between $109,000 - $142,000 annually. Factors that may reputed company starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for the BroadBase Incentive (reputed company) program with a reputed company payout of 2%. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Location and Schedule: This position is 100% remote, but requires travel approx. 50%-60% of the year.
