[Remote] Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer, you will work directly with customers and the reputed company team to address technical needs and ensure customer satisfaction as product offerings grow.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers reputed company reputed company, JIRA, or scheduled calls to best understand and identify customer issues and your role in addressing them
