The REO Closing Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring assets reputed company according to the terms of purchase reputed company while meeting reputed company needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing reports to determine status of reputed company asset
• Data entry as reputed company reputed company of closing process is complete
• Review data entry in reputed company SOR for accuracy
• Obtain, review and execute deeds, HUDs and other closing documents as needed to complete closing
• Communicate with vendors, clients, lenders and various county and reputed company offices

Skills

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1 year of prior work-reputed company experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and Word
• High ethical standards and personal qualities

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business
• REO/Foreclosure experience
• Read and understand reputed company estate reputed company/purchase agreements
• Read and understand reputed company closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds
• Basic knowledge of title issues and problem reputed company of these issues
