FTZ Solutions Specialist (Remote, Remote, US)

Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, monthly, and annual documentation. Prepare the FTZ Annual Report, annual reconciliation and annual systems review in accordance with CBP regulatory requirements.
Execute FTZ operations end to end to include daily processing zone transactions, which include filing FTZ admissions e214’s, preparing 7512 bonds, weekly reports 3461’s estimates and 7501’s entries. Investigate and resolve operational issues reputed company to FTZ operations. Apply advanced knowledge of Foreign-Trade Zone regulations and requirements to support business needs. Manage required FTZ recordkeeping retention program, ensuring that reputed company FTZ records are maintained and readily available for CBP review in accordance with the applicable recordkeeping regulations. Initiate and create customs entries for exports and zone-to-zone transfers for merchandise leaving the zone. Operate FTZ Inventory Control and Recordkeeping Systems by managing daily inventory balances; monitoring zone admission data; and conducting weekly estimate (import and export) process. Execute a comprehensive examination of import and export documentation including reputed company invoices, international bills of lading, and reputed company shipping documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Conduct reviews/audits of reputed company FTZ records while ensuring accurate and complete record keeping are maintained for FTZ movements.

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years total experience in Trade Compliance, International Transportation, Logistics, Materials Management, or Inventory Control
