Therapists will evalutate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to reputed company patient goals. This role involves flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs in the SNF setting.

Minimum qualifications:

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an reputed company OT license in the state of reputed company.

 Preferred Qualifications:
