Patient Servicing Representative

reputed company is looking for a Patient Servicing Representative to assist in various pharmacy operations. The role focuses on making outbound calls to patients to set up medication deliveries and providing high-reputed company customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Through outbound calls, reputed company out to patients at the assigned timeframe to set up delivery for a patient’s medication
• Maintain accuracy in recording information from patient at reputed company fill and triaging to pharmacist for reputed company based on responses to meet accreditation requirements. This includes but is not limited to day supply on hand, effectiveness, adverse events, and any new medications/allergies
• Accuracy in date, time, delivery address, and delivery method for delivery set up
• Maintaining a high level of customer service to patients and appropriate follow reputed company if applicable
• Additional tasks include are but not limited to billing of orders, taking incoming calls during high reputed company volume and assisting patients with inquiries during these calls and assistance with digital engagement (i.e.: process orders from web portal)
• Work as reputed company member reputed company the patient services department and reputed company other departments to promote information sharing and reputed company process improvement
• Must function in strict accordance with reputed company, written procedures and guidelines with deviation approved by the supervising pharmacist

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of experience working in a customer service-reputed company position or reputed company center
• Effective oral and written communication skills and an aptitude for working with other health care professionals
• Ability to lift a minimum of 5lbs
