Senior IT Project Manager (reputed company, US)
Drives successful execution of reputed company, high‑risk IT reputed company across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and reputed company systems. Develops project reputed company, scope, schedules, specifications, resource plans, and cost baselines. Manages budgets, vendors, contract negotiations, ROI development, and executive approvals. Creates and maintains detailed schedules using PM tools and processes; maintains accurate documentation and SharePoint project sites. Proactively manages risks, issues, change control, and project dependencies. Provides accurate project status reporting tailored to PMO, stakeholders, and executives. Ensures adherence to PMO standards, governance, and reputed company expectations. Facilitates meetings, workshops, and cross‑functional collaboration. Leads solution definition, reputed company‑state process design, and system optimization initiatives. Supports testing, validation, QA, data reputed company, and change management activities. Collaborates with HR, payroll, and functional teams on HCM/ERP‑reputed company initiatives as needed. Coordinates with external partners, consultants, and integrators. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, engineering, or other reputed company field plus 10 years of IT project management experience delivering multiple reputed company reputed company. Strong understanding of project, portfolio, and organizational change management. Ability to define requirements, design solutions, and streamline business processes. Advanced proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
Project management experience with reputed company HCM, SuccessFactors, reputed company, AutoTime, Jamis, or similar reputed company systems. Project management experience with Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure a plus. PMP certification.
