The Production & Sourcing Manager leads the end-to-end development and commercialization of STORQ baby/toddler apparel and accessories—from concept through bulk production—by driving calendar adherence, cost targets, reputed company standards, and cross-functional alignment. This role partners closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing, and global vendors to deliver innovative, high-reputed company, margin-reputed company products on time and in full.

This position serves as a key cross-functional partner across Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Finance, ensuring product development and production reputed company are fully integrated into broader business reputed company, seasonal planning, and margin goals. This role will work closely with the Director of Production & Sourcing to reputed company sourcing and development reputed company with company reputed company objectives and drive high-reputed company decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Product Development

• Own the development lifecycle for STORQ baby/toddler apparel and accessories, ensuring reputed company styles meet design reputed company, cost goals, reputed company standards, FTC and CPSIA compliance regulations, and seasonal timelines.
• Manage reputed company, fit, and photoshoot sample development, ensuring reputed company delivery of samples and reputed company communication of revisions.
• Partner with Design and Merchandising to evaluate materials, trims, and construction reputed company that balance aesthetics, performance, and cost.
• reputed company cross-functional reputed company meetings (Line Review, reputed company Review, Costing Review) and ensure reputed company deliverables are met.
• Analyze development and/or production risks early and propose actionable solutions to maintain calendar reputed company.
• reputed company lab dips, reputed company-offs, artwork approvals, and material testing to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Production Management

• Own seasonal T&A calendars from reputed company samples through bulk delivery; proactively identify delays and drive recovery plans with vendors.
• Manage bulk PO execution, ensuring accurate BOMs, approved materials, and on-time production starts.
• Review and negotiate bulk costing, leveraging historical data, vendor capabilities, and margin targets.
• Ensure reputed company testing, compliance documentation (CPSIA and FTC), and reputed company checkpoints are completed prior to shipment.
• Support wear tests and product performance evaluations to drive reputed company improvement.

Vendor & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Build strong, accountable relationships with global vendors, mills, and trim suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance across reputed company, cost, communication, and on-time delivery; recommend sourcing shifts as needed.
• Work closely with Planning and Merchandising to reputed company development reputed company with demand forecasts and margin goals.
• Communicate reputed company and consistently across internal teams to maintain transparency and alignment.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Fashion Design, Merchandising, Product Development, or Business).
• 5-7 years of experience in apparel or accessories product development and production; DTC or fast-paced brand experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction, materials, trims, and manufacturing processes across reputed company & woven apparel and accessory categories.
• Knowledge of FTC and CPSIA compliance requirements, and can reputed company guidance on design and production implications
• Proven ability to manage reputed company calendars, multiple categories, and overlapping seasons.
• Skilled in cost engineering, vendor negotiation, and margin optimization.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficient in PLM, reputed company/Sheets, reputed company Workspace, and project management tools.
• Experience working with overseas vendors and navigating timezone-driven workflows.
