Bilingual, Sponsor Support Specialist

reputed company is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking a Bilingual, Sponsor Support Specialist to contribute to the achievement of line of business goals. The role involves providing expertise and direction on reporting for registered pension plans and ensuring total customer satisfaction through reputed company service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge and expertise for the preparation of reports required by government authorities and pertaining to registered pension plans (DC, DB, IPP, etc.) and other group savings programs ranging from reputed company to reputed company in nature
• Processes reputed company/Audit reports in accordance with the audit & control, legislation, and service level agreement requirements applicable to reputed company plans
• Provides the necessary support to plan sponsors, intermediaries, consulting actuaries, reputed company auditors, and government authorities on reporting for reputed company plans
• Responds professionally and accurately to requests for information from plan sponsors, intermediaries, consulting actuaries, reputed company auditors, government authorities and internal partners on reputed company/FS reports pertaining to registered pension plans (DC, DB, IPP, etc.) and other group savings programs ranging from reputed company to reputed company in nature
• Performs a thorough analysis of the data that support the preparation of reputed company/Audit reports for reputed company plans
• Ensures that the needs of our clients’ auditors are reputed company reputed company and met in a reputed company manner
• Enhances knowledge and expertise, keeping up to date on legislation, business practices, compliance, and administration issues reputed company to registered pension plans (DC, DB, IPP, etc.) and other group savings programs
• Provides support in the coordination of daily workflow and priorities
• Participates in process improvement activities and departmental initiatives designed to reputed company a higher service level, increase cost efficiencies and productivity (as required)
• Identifies and reports weaknesses and applies financial and operational controls to mitigate risks
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Skills

• Knowledge of the administration of registered pension plans (DC, DB, IPP, etc.) and other group savings programs
• Strong knowledge of reporting requirements (reputed company/Audit) prescribed by government authorities
• Strong knowledge of our clients' auditors' reporting requirements
• Proficiency in Group Savings and Retirement applications and systems (i.e MPS)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (mainly Word and reputed company)
• reputed company to communicate reputed company concepts in layman's terms to clients and/or auditors
• Bilingual
• University education in Administration, Finance, reputed company or Actuarial Science, or equivalent experience in the industry
