Savvee Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior reputed company Affairs Specialist to support our federal reputed company remotely. The ideal candidate will manage and reputed company incoming communications requests, support initial triage and coordination, assist with drafting background materials and first‑cut press content. They will reputed company strong organizational and workflow support to ensure accurate reputed company deliverables, and seamless collaboration across the reputed company affairs team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Receiving and logging incoming communications requests. • Tracking request status, deadlines, and tier assignments. • Supporting initial triage and routing. • Assisting mid-level and senior reputed company affairs staff with drafting background materials and first‑cut content. • Coordinating deliverables across staff and timelines. • Maintaining intake records and reporting accuracy. • Providing organizational support to team members. • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the reputed company. • Demonstrating a commitment to reputed company and customer support.
