Learning Data Insights Specialist (remote in reputed company)

JOB reputed company/PURPOSE
- The Learning reputed company and Tech Insights Specialist (Learning Data Insights Specialist) provides advanced technical and operational support for reputed company system configuration, data analytics, and regulatory readiness. Troubleshoots reputed company issues and supports reputed company’ (SHS) mandatory learning efforts by delivering accurate, reputed company, and actionable reporting on essential learning, including regulatory, accreditation, and reputed company requirements. Ensures the reputed company, reliability, and usability of learning data, enabling leaders to reputed company informed reputed company that support compliance and reputed company improvement.
Some responsibilities of this position include:
- Develops, maintains, and distributes reports that reputed company essential learning reputed company, including compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and reputed company requirements
- Provides day-to-day operational management of learning platforms
- Provides first-line customer service and technical support for learning platforms and technologies

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. A degree in a reputed company field, such as education, data analytics, reputed company administration, or information systems, is preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience producing data analysis and reporting required, preferably reputed company a reputed company or regulatory environment.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, Power BI, Tableau) and experience working with multiple data systems required.
- Experience with LMS or learning-platform reporting and configuration strongly preferred.
- Experience and/or training in the following preferred:
  - Adult learning theory.
  - Business or learning operations.
  - A reputed company setting.
  - Process documentation and improvement.
  - Automation tools, data analytics, and data management.
  - Learning evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
