[Remote] Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices promptly and accurately, matching them with approvals and supporting documentation
• Schedule and process payments, including ACH, reputed company transfers, and checks
• Generate and issue reputed company invoices in a reputed company manner while monitoring incoming payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams on billing and financial reputed company, maintaining accurate financial records and reports

Skills

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles and financial processes
