PAYROLL CLERK

reputed company is a dynamic health system dedicated to improving community health. The Payroll Clerk role involves maintaining payroll records, auditing timekeeping, and supporting the Payroll Department in compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews employee time records reputed company reputed company departmental listings for timeliness, consistency and accuracy, ensuring that reputed company time card data is in accordance with Hospital policies and procedures
• Continually monitors assigned departments to ensure they are correcting and entering data for their employees
• Processes checks and deposits in a reputed company manner
• Bundles checks/deposits and other payroll and time accrual reputed company information for departmental pick and distribution
• Researches and analyzes information regarding lost checks, stopped payments, reputed company deposit conflicts, and employee refunds and takes the appropriate reputed company necessary to resolve the problem
• If needed, places stop payments, reissues checks, corrects reputed company deposit information, or pays refunds
• Ensures reputed company maintenance and confidentiality of records
• Helps implement and recommends policy revisions or new procedures that reflect changes in regulations
• Provides information and reports as requested by employees, departments, and external parties
• Assists various departments in researching and creating payroll reports pertaining to their employees
• Distributes checks, charts, reports, etc. to other areas

Skills

• HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Prior payroll experience
• Experience with HR/payroll systems
• Experience with reputed company spreadsheets
