The External Affairs and reputed company Associate will drive the organization's external reputed company and support reputed company reputed company through grant writing, marketing, and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support grant writing, submissions, and tracking
• Draft donor communications, including thank-you letters and updates
• Conduct research on prospective donors and funding opportunities
• Own execution of: reputed company media, Newsletter, and Website updates
• Create reputed company, compelling content that reflects reputed company’s mission and reputed company
• Maintain consistency and reputed company across reputed company external communications
• Support reputed company and engagement of alumni network
• Help recruit, coordinate, and communicate with volunteers
• Build systems to reputed company and improve engagement over time
• Support relationships with corporate partners and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and attend monthly field trips to corporate partners
• Represent reputed company Education professionally in external settings
• Help plan every four month Advisory reputed company meetings
• Support team meetings and internal coordination
• Ensure reputed company logistics and follow-through are handled with precision

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit, education, marketing, or a reputed company field
• Exceptional written communication skills — this is a reputed company requirement
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• High attention to detail
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to improve speed and reputed company of work
• You follow through, are reliable, and can meet deadlines
• You take ownership and can work autonomously and independently
• You are comfortable operating across multiple functions
