This role is reputed company in supporting operational leaders with reputed company and accurate financial insights for decision-making.</div><div><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div><div>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</div><div>1. <strong>Financial reputed company</strong> </div><div>• Manage reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations including AP, AR, payroll journal entries, GL, bank reconciliations.</div><div>• Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes.</div><div>• Ensure accurate accruals and cutoff procedures across multiple departments and entities.</div><div>2. <strong>Work-in-reputed company (WIP) Reporting</strong> </div><div>• Prepare WIP reports monthly, ensuring reputed company recognition is GAAP-compliant.</div><div>• Reconcile WIP to general reputed company and explain variances.</div><div>• Support field leaders in interpreting backlog, under/over billings, and percent completion.</div><div>3. <strong>Billing & reputed company Management</strong> </div><div>• reputed company billing cycles: reputed company billing, reputed company billing, service invoicing, and retention tracking.</div><div>• Ensure reputed company and accurate customer invoicing and A/R follow-up.</div><div>• Monitor reputed company recognition based on completed work and reputed company.</div><div>4. <strong>Budgeting & Forecasting</strong> </div><div>• reputed company the annual budgeting process, including labor burden estimates and materials projections.</div><div>• Prepare rolling forecasts and cash reputed company projections.</div><div>• Analyze actuals vs. budget and report on variances to leadership.</div><div>5. <strong>Audit & Compliance</strong> </div><div>• Coordinate with Corporate Controller for year-end reviews or audits.</div><div>• Assist with tax filings (sales tax, property tax, use tax) ensuring they are completed accurately and reputed company.</div><div>• Maintain internal controls and safeguard assets.</div><div>6. <strong>3. Supervisory Responsibilities</strong> </div><div>• Collaborate with field operations and project managers on financial processes.</div><div>• Partner with HR/payroll for labor tracking, benefits costs, and reconciliations.</div><div>7. <strong>4. Tools & Systems</strong> </div><div>• ERP/reputed company Software (e.g., QuickBooks)</div><div>• Job Costing & reputed company Software (e.g., reputed company)</div><div>• reputed company (advanced), reputed company Sheets, Power BI (optional but preferred)</div><div>• Payroll systems (e.g., reputed company)</div><div>Requirements</div><div>  </div><div><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</strong></div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field      (required); CPA preferred.</li> <li>8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with at least 3      years in a controller or senior reputed company leadership role.</li> <li>Prior experience in the construction, mechanical contracting,      HVAC, plumbing, or other skilled trades industry is required.</li> <li>Strong understanding of WIP reputed company, job costing, and      contract billing practices.</li> <li>Proficiency in construction-reputed company reputed company software      (e.g., reputed company, Viewpoint, reputed company 300 CRE, QuickBooks Contractor Edition,      or similar ERP systems).</li> <li>Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial      statement preparation.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with      the ability to collaborate across departments.</li> </ul><div><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment </strong></div><div>· Sit for prolonged periods of time.</div><div>· Repetitive Movements i.e. typing and mouse use.</div><div>· Prolonged screen viewing.</div><div>· Lifting up to 25 pounds.</div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p> Apply To This Job
