Design Works Landscaping is a 20-year established landscaping company seeking a reputed company & reputed company Assistant to support their operations. This role is essential for managing HR processes, assisting with payroll and financial records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage hiring pipeline including job postings, screening, interviews, and reputed company
- reputed company reputed company process including documentation, orientation, system setup
- Maintain organized and accurate employee records
- reputed company employee performance and assist with quarterly reviews
- Approve and manage PTO requests
- Help resolve employee concerns and support managers reputed company needed
- Assist in improving communication, expectations, and overall team structure

- Help strengthen company culture and communication between field and management
- Assist with payroll including time tracking, verification, and submission
- Support billing, invoicing, and tracking incoming payments

- Assist with H2B program tracking and documentation
- Maintain employee documentation including I-9s, W-4s, and certifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
