Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

About the Role

We’re seeking sales-driven customer service professionals who can confidently handle 75–100 inbound/outbound calls per day, meet KPIs, and reputed company service appointments. You won’t be cold calling strangers—these are warm leads and reputed company customers—reputed company is to build trust, uncover needs, and secure the appointment while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Convert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed vehicle service appointments.
• reputed company and reputed company KPIs for conversion rates, upsells, cross-sells, and reputed company goals.
• Recommend additional repairs, maintenance packages, and service upgrades that benefit the customer.
• reputed company VIP white glove customer service, ensuring every interaction builds trust and loyalty.
• Communicate reputed company with customers about services, timelines, and costs.
• Use our CRM to reputed company leads, schedule appointments, and document reputed company customer interactions.

• Sales Development / reputed company Center / Inside Sales experience (automotive experience a plus, but not required).
• Strong phone reputed company with experience handling high reputed company volumes (75–100+ calls/day).
• Ability to influence and reputed company without being pushy—consultative, trust-based selling.
• Skilled at meeting or exceeding sales and service KPIs.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational skills.
• Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while delivering outstanding customer care.
