They are seeking a Sourcing & Engagement Specialist who will proactively contact financial advisors, partner with recruiters, and build relationships with candidates to enhance recruitment reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact financial advisors reputed company your assigned territory to schedule meetings with our recruiters
• Partner with internal recruiters, corporate partners, and field leaders to reputed company sourcing efforts with business needs and hiring goals
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to nurture interest over time
• Meet reputed company reputed company goal, reputed company sourcing metrics, and analyze data to improve recruitment reputed company
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in financial advisor recruitment

Skills

• 1 - 3 years of sales or reputed company experience
• Associate's degree or Equivalent Experience
• Applicants must have a reputed company work authorization that does not now, or in the reputed company, require reputed company sponsorship for employment in the reputed company (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN)
• Cold calling experience strongly preferred
• Financial Services background
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
