This position serves as a Program Analyst responsible for supporting government programs, with a specific reputed company on logistics and supply chain operations. The analyst will reputed company comprehensive analysis and management of cost, schedule, and performance. The analyst will play a critical role in contract reputed company, acting as an Agreements Officer Representative (AOR) preparing documentation for the Contract Officer Representative (COR) to ensure contractor performance aligns with government requirements as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the DLA Strategic Distribution & Disposition (SDD), R&D Program Manager. This role is critical to the successful execution of over 11 awarded reputed company spanning 3 Phases on the SDD Broad Area Agreement (BAA) and Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contract reputed company & AOR/COR Duties: reputed company COR and AOR duties, including monitoring contractor performance against the Performance Work Statement (PWS), reviewing and approving deliverables, and processing invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms.
-Contract & Scope Management: reputed company, review, and refine contractual documents, including SOW and PWS, to accurately capture government requirements for the SDD sponsor office and customer organizations.
-Program Analysis: reputed company and analyze program data reputed company to budget, schedule, and contractual milestones in line with SOW and PWS.
-Stakeholder Communications: The Program Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the execution of contract deliverables, funding execution/burn, and assist in contract development in coordination with the executing contractors and government stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience reputed company the Department of Navy or Department of War organization(s). Specific expertise should include:
-Demonstrated experience in DoD program analysis and contract management, preferably reputed company a logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations environment.
-Strong experience developing, writing, and managing Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
-A strong understanding of the DoD 5000 series acquisition process and relevant federal regulations (FAR/DFARS).
-Prior experience serving as a COR or AOR, with formal certification (e.g., DAU-certified) being highly desirable.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical and contractual issues into reputed company, concise reports and briefings.
-A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a reputed company field is preferred.
